As good as WordPress is as a standalone application, there are still things that WordPress lacks. Users are requesting more and more features for WordPress that would be very feasible to write as a plugin. There are many untapped ideas out there, and new ones created every day.

Woo Themes | Premium Wordpress Themes

Woo Themes has some pretty outstanding premium themes. User feedback seems to be fairly positive. If anyone has tried their themes I would like to hear about your experiences.

The themes are about $70 for a single license and $150 for multiple site license.
They also have something called a Themes Club which allows you access to all their current and future themes – but of course this comes at a higher cost…

These breathtaking WordPress Themes are goes far beyond free theme and without no doubt are a premium theme with no tag price in it. My favorite are Ikarus and IkarusLight themes.

Presenting videos using WordPress

There was a woman who was in Karla Redor’s talk who asked on how she can host the video in her own blog and use WordPress to file it for her. She can use a plugin that will let her upload the videos in her blog or do it the “harder” way …
